stress come when you are doing nothing that is perfect for you or you are thinking that thinking giving you stress. i always feel stress because my mind always hopeless and have no way to make money in my way so i feel stress everyday. So is my example feeling stress but is can reduce dramatically if i try but how i will reduce my stress dramatically?. The first step is try to change work or think that is in your mind giving stress but it is not so easy to identify they main reason but if you practice to identify what is the main cause giving you stress and in cool mind you change your stress.
