Love is one of the first priority to be happy. so how we can be love but it is difficult to get pure love from another person because love is depends on your personality and your abilities. your life how would be happy and en-joyful?. lets have a points joy. We can be happy forgetting our negative emotion what is stuck in our mind and giving us continue pain so we must relieve our negative things that is in our head have been stored. Secondly we can practice to enjoy present time truly but how we can utilize our present time to be happy will be discussed near future in another post. So we must use properly our time where you can use your work for happiness.Lots of way we can control our mind when we feel sad and it is not possible all time because human being is part of emotion life where come lots of tragedy everyday life that we can not control and we feel unhappy. God is part of human life where some work in god's hand example, marriage,death,born this three part we can not control and that is the most valuable part of human being also love affair,family,kids, health,money,lots of thing are most important part of our life. Every time we feel fear example-love fear, lack of money fear, death fear, losing lover fear etc lots of fear come our mind and we feel sadness and more that sometime we can not control alone we need help from other person who can see us new road to be happy.
so how we can cure our sadness?
it is totally practice what you love and do it and do it again. forget your past life that giving pain always because life is one time so if you remember your past sadness then you can not go ahead. you can go philology or astrophysics for treatment your mind freshness. You can make friend to share your untold stories that is giving really pain in your mind and you feel sad. You may go disco or bar to be re-freshness your mind. so what is come to your mind you can change to be happy.
I know it is difficult to be cure permanently from sadness but joy always how you enjoying your life in present time?. So use properly your present time in your work that is most you love. but some time you can not do work that is you most love suppose- you live to work in main city in your country but you are living in village so you feel sadness how you recover it?. you then must need good friend who are living near in your area to share your mind dream.Change mind and do well work to be joyful life.
