Well sleep can give you may be normal life but you can not sleep well may be you are thinking lots of negative words or may be you are going to habit with sleepless night, lots of reasons for different people but you could make good sleep if you go as early as bed without do any work or without any tension what is existing in your subconscious mind when you are laying on bed. Sometime loneliness is one of the reason for sleepiness night may be you do not have good sexual partner to be happy and you feel unhappy that can give you proper sleepiness night. Changing mind and changing some habit you may find solution but sometime this advice could not completed what is your problem but if you are serious problem about this, you may go to doctor to find the solution or if you feel yes i am fine i do need doctor you could find some energetic books that could help you making feel good on the bed and you take rest on bed. Sex perter is important part to be well sleep because sexual intercourse is most energetic way to make good sleep when body feel need rest after finished sexual intercourse. Who have more sex power may go to club having sex or may take partner to be satisfied in this field. but this is actually dangerous sometime because changing lover or partner you may feel some love affair that could give you another disease. So, if you can handle this emotion you could do  but teen age time this is not good changing partner with in short time.
