We are human being have one soft side that we call heart. Some time it is very painful moment come in our daily life. Remembering past moment or frustration of career or quarrel with family member, sometime gives us very painful moment because we are some how going to cheat by others, very hopeless moment. We are very rational moment apply in our daily life where we are influence from others person's speech or behavior that can affect our normal behavior. 

We are surrounded lots of people who are helping us or disturbing us but we can not avoid this type of environment. People love you or hate you, this is your experience but you have to avoid the painful moment by using your brain. The control your brain you can be happy and feel sustain happy in your daily life. This is very quality game you  have to practice using brain to thinking that, your brain like one land where you can cultivate anything you want like village farmer grows fruits in his field. if you put good seed then you get better result or your result of cultivate would be your performers in the field. 

Brain is one type of field where you can store or delete any subject by using your positive mind.
